A normal standard rack should attach no problems. I have one attached to my disc braked commuter/tourer and it's never caused any problems.

It depends where your calliper is mounted, my surly disc trucker orients the calliper just right on the chainstay so it's out of the way of standard racks which work just fine, however my MTB proves problematic with exact same rack as the calliper obstructs the braze-on by the dropout.
