Fitting oak veneer internal doors

I bough mine off of the internets. When I started looking it seemed that most folks were flogging the same stuff so as I was buying a whole house worth I just shopped around for the best deal from a select few companies that looked OK.

No, but I thought that the OP wanted to fix some sliding door gear into the bottom edge, hence my suggestion for surgery on the top.
