Fixed Gear Frenzy - did you get your order?

Placed an order with these people almost three weeks ago and still not received it. It was only a stem and two lots of bar tape so shouldn't take that long to sort out, their facebook page seems full of order enquiries. Beginning to wonder if I will ever see the order anyone else used them?

Didn't arrive, it's only a stem and some bar tape but I doubt I'll ever see it. Any enquiry seems to get an apology with some excuse about website problems and a promise it will be posted that day and an offer of a £10 voucher. How can an outfit like that stay in business. If they used Paypal at least you get some recourse but Sagepay aren't interested, aren't there any regulatory bodies for online sellers?
