After being give the all clear from the physio after my knee got infected twice, I've finally manged to get out for the first time.
I decided to cycle along the Alderley Edge bypass as it fairly flat, there's a safe cycle path on both sides and it's a 6 mile round trip. I know it's not a huge distance but I have to start somewhere and I was pleased that my knee held up and I now want to do it again, so if you see a bloke riding fairly slowly on a bright yellow Claud Butler going up and down the bypass give me a wave.
