If Pratt did the same regime as Hugh Jackman, I'd advise against it. Bulking and cutting ain't fun.
And no one should do water dehydration. Basically depriving yourself of water for 36 hours to cut away the water between the skin and muscle so defining the body better.

Not for a trip to Majorca, maybe, but for $30 Million (Chris Pratt's current net worth according to the internet), I could probably put up with quite a bit of physical discomfort.

True fact: Both Pratt and Jackman were snatched up by older and more successful actresses when they were just starting their careers. Both marriages are seem to be still strong.

I don't particularly like the idea of having bulky pecs but I think I might end up trying to develop some to fill the voids left by my shrinking moobs ... My stretched skin is getting loose and it is a worse look than moobs (or pecs)!

I suspect many members here took up serious cycling long after their body had formed it's own shape, so no, cycling probably hasn't influenced their lack of prominent pecs.
I spent a lifetime doing manual work so I've always been a bit muscly in the arms and shoulders, it didn't seem to affect my cycling much though. Now I'm retired I've been loosing the bulk off my arms but not my shoulders, that maybe because I've been trying to learn to swim.
Both for me ,i used to do some weights and mrs ck has commented about my lack of arms lately compared to how i used to look .I do have a manual job and do press ups/ pull ups and core work so i do carry arm muscles that are not really needed for riding but enough to keep her and my job happy .Compared to Phil the Hill , a guy i ride with i struggle to keep up with him on hills but i am not far off , ask @Lilliburlero about how he looks .

I actually fond swimming made my arms bigger , all depends on how hard you hit it i guess ?
This what i used to look like im my "prime ", definitely not cyclist build .

As an 6'2" ex-rugby wing forward I am prone to forgetting that the beer I drink no longer gets played off on the pitch; not so much 6-pack, more Watneys party 7

I suppose it all depends on what type of cyclist you are. If you are highly competitive and virtually live on the bike than upper body muscle/weight is virtually redundent and can seem to be a handicap. Cycling for me is just something I do. I also run and swim bit, lift weights quite a lot, well as much as I cycle.
I pay for it on the hills though. My wife says if I ever get the Wiggo look she is leaving.
