I'd hire you.

Im ok as it happens honest builder ,i know ..... But yes it does happen.

Id love to have all the right tools to be a pro..as this job only needed the right tools to make it easy.

Tape measure and some electric saws are ok but chippy knowledge would be a great help.

There brilliant for floor boards and all sorts of awkward cutting.
Blades cost nearly as much as the saw but worth it.
I'm no chippy but tools like this are a must for the DiYer

I like the idea but couldn't be bothered with the faffing about unfortunately.

Very little 'faffing', takes me about a quarter of an hour to empty, clean and relay a fire and then you need to 'mind it for a while' whilst it gets going then you just give it more Wood to keep it going. It was 'inspired' by the one my mate's got but his is the 'Franco-Belge' Montfort Mk1 whereas mine is a Montfort Mk2 (with a mod kit that makes it a Defra Approved 'Exempt Appliance') so mine will only burn Wood efficiently (Pete can burn Coke (smokeless fuel) Coal and Wood in his but the regulations had changed by the time I'd got ours fitted.
