just thought on his way tomorrow if he got to romford and wanted a rest he could come to mine for a cuppa

probably upminster, could cycle there or barking,upminster involves cycling uphill, barking is further away,but flat route, and probably less pleasant late at night

I'm just hoping for a miracle, and that ChainReaction deliver my replacement brake/gear lever tomorrow, so I can change it over. Admittedly I've been using the bent one for a couple of weeks, but I also need to change the chain and block, and I want to do the whole lot in one go (so only one lot of adjustment). The chain only skips a bit, but it can be annoying, although not enough to stop me cycling it to Bognor!
