Follow course?

I have a basic turbo with a speed sensor on the wheel and an edge explore + an 800.
Can I follow a preplanned course or not?
To do rgt I believe I would need an ant dongle if I wanted to join that ? Zwift is not an option as I can't justify cost

Does the basic turbo have a power meter?

RGT requires a power meter, either built-in to the turbo or crank type. A cadence sensor too, ideally Ant+

no power meter so thats a no then thanks anyway

tried today i dont know if this for just the sub version but on the app there isn't the option power you can open
