My daily food in take is as follows,,,,,,
Morning (0650)-
Shredded Wheat, with crushed mixed nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, and Brazil nuts) with semi skimmed milk and either honey, or maple syrup.
Coffee white 2 sugars and fresh orange juice.
Tea break(1030)- Coffee white 2 sugars, Organic mixed nut, honey cereal bar.
Lunch (1300)- Left overs from the previous nights dinner, CousCous, Pasta or rice. Or Cheese and Piccalilli sarnies. Coffee white 2 sugars and fresh orange juice.
Afternoon tea break(1530)- Coffee white 2 sugars, Braeburn Apple
Dinner (1830)- Allways organic freshly coooked, except Fridays which is stodge night (Pizza, chips etc)
Saturday lunch times is- Seeds of change soup or Houmous and Pitta bread.
Sunday night we have a full roast, with Sprouts, Carrots, etc.
Allthough tonight I have been bad and had, Sausage, mash and onion gravy at 1830, and now I have just eaten 1/3 of a bag of Kettlechips, small bit of chocolate, a large glass of wine and some cheese!!!
I mainly eat pasta, rice etc and when snacking in the evening, usually mixed nuts etc. I normally leave all bad food for Friday evenings.
If I'm out on the bike on a Sunday I'll have a MarsBar and in my drinks bottle water, with 2 table spoons of honey and a teaspoon of salt.
I ride daily 26 miles and 35-60 miles at the weekend. And I'm on my feet all week dooing my daily job as a mechanic/MoT tester!!
