Eminently watchable, but nothing special. The other game sounds a lot better. Weird watching England with the pressure off.

As it stands, England top the group by dint of having fewer bookings.

I think a rule change is needed for international tournament football.

Straight knock out.

New idea. Keep the group stages, but you have to win all your games. If you don't you need to vote in favour of a team who has, which will seed them favourably for the next round.

Or something.
