Yup, I've been lucky enough to play on one too. They are quite something, blending synthetic and natural grass. A million miles from what I grew up with.

No point complaining about it. Maybe footballers should concentrate on giving away fewer fouls?

A foul is a foul - but there's a big difference from going down under contact and going down and rolling around as if you'd been shot.
