I was going to have salmon steaks and potatoes with broccoli and carrots, but I foolishly treated myself to a BIG bag of chocolates (the first for two months) and was too full to contemplate anything else!

I had a curry - onions, garlic and pepper sauted, then tikka paste, tinned tomatoes, and baked beans (left over from Monday). Simmer while rice cooks, serve with mango chutney. Quick and easy.
