Forum ride, last weekend of August, Ashbourne Derbyshire

I'll be in the UK for my wife's family reunion that last weekend of August... and wanting an escape route!

It'll be the weekend after PBP so chances are I'll not be up for anything strenuous but if anyone fancies a ride (perhaps the 29th would best suit me, but the 28th could work too) then give a shout.

I don't know the area at all (we'll be staying at Ilam) so if someone wants to take over and suggest times, routes and (most importantly) cake stops then that'd be fine by me.

Ilam is wonderful,nice NT place there with tea room.I would be up for a ride out that way plus you've got the Tissington or the Manifold Way trails which would be totally traffic free.
