I'm looking for some one who is trained and able to build a frame out of columbus, 4130, or 525, who is looking for his first job.

A wee question: how would someone trained and able to build a frame be looking for their first job?
I believe frame building is a very skilled job, it pays well - and so it should

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'd respectfully suggest that you might want to allow for the fact that a frame builder could be female.
