Frame protectors

Due to arrival of n+1, does anyone know the best place to buy clear frame protectors to stop cable rub etc.

I don't think I have electrical tape that is grey with a red stripe and then black

You can buy packs of little round dots made especially for the purpose from Chain Reaction.

Kleeneze have some clear tape dots which are cost effictive and make outstanding frame protectors, 400 pieces for £3.95

+1 for helicopter tape, metre roll from 3M is about £15, enough to cover chain stays etc, toughest product you can buy, totally transparent and won't go yellow over time as some frame protection film does.

Have a look for paragon tape on ebay. Not the cheapest stuff but good.

+1 for fleabay. Don't know what your n+1 is, but FYI you can also get 'helicopter' tape in a matt finish as well now.

I bought a roll of clear car repair tape from Sainsbury's, of all places. It seems to do the trick.
