Can't see that video (old computer) but from what I've seen before it's amazing stuff. As someone who can't jump down off the bed without feeling like I've broken both ankles and might be about to go through the floor, I'm in awe.

I would have dirtied the video up a bit more though. Too MTV.

I get you, think this series is their living though, so it need to appeal to a wide audience.

I think it's a great sport. I could watch them doing it all day. I'm also impressed by the simplicity of it. There's no expensive kit (ok video cam if you're going to get serious about it but you know what I mean! ), it's just about practice and your own ability. The practice must hurt some days though!

Unfortunately a fear of heights and an inability to do anything that requires any kind of co-ordination means that watching it is as close as I'll get.

I love this stuff. Not sure it's underrated. The guys who do this are athletes. Sebaastian Foucon(?) is an incredible athlete. The distance he can jum from a two foot stationary take off is mighty impressive.

I meant their athletic ability is often underrated, lots of people just see it as jumping around, but they're actually tuned athletes.

Completely, when my racing bike was stolen for the second time round last year whilst sorting out a replacement- to keep conditioned and strong I went out with some guys to do Parkour/free running in the interim.

It's hard work, requires fearless confidence and is absolutely amazing. The best bit was just doing some really small simple things but feeling like a kid again on the streets.

Great stuff!
