Good grief, Halfarts giving lessons on anything is a scary concept.

I'm sure not all halford's staff are created equal... and i've heard more utter cr@p in independent LBS's than in my local halfords.

Yes. My lbs, now closed, told me that I didn't need a new chain when it was really old and I ended up having new cassette and loads of work done by Evans 6 months later.
