I was a bit ambivalent about posting this one but @Diogenes The Sarcastic's posting of the Molly Ringwald article has convinced me. I _loved_ this song (and the album it is from, "In Search of Mythical Kings - the UA Years" I think) so very much as a Young Person but age has caused me to reflect a little more on the conflations and contradictions and the soupçon of a hint at possible domestic violence. I still love the song though.

Screw You by Kate Micucci (of the aforementioned Garfunkel and Oates) and Ted AKA That Bald Sweaty Lawyer from Scrubs.

Scrubs!!

Excellent programme, so funny, we definitely have Perry Cox, & various Eliotts (& Carlas!!)
Sadly we have Surgeons like Todd!!
We all loved the janitor. Possibly the best of them all....

The EldestCub's favourite episode has always been "The Toilet on The Roof" - he's been a fan since he was about 7 and used to occasionally get an episode whilst snuggling up on the sofa as I fed his baby brother, in lieu of a bedtime story, and the SmallestCub (now 10) is also quite keen. I think it fair to say I have very different views to the BBFC (as I recall the DVD is a 15 - can't check cos my ex won all the DVDs and all the CDs in the split) regarding what is suitable for Small Peeps; I didn't have a problem with them seeing Eliott's rather splendid collection of bras and the EldestCub knew that the series contained much Inappropriate Language which, if he were to use it in an inappropriate context (and at 7 that was basically anywhere) would result in the loss of all Scrubs watching privileges until he was in a position to purchase his own copy of it. We did filter out a few episodes but actually it was mostly the ones that were particularly sad rather than ones that were rude or sweary.
