I've got an original 45 of that on vinyl. The guitar track is a lot better than the version that became more widely known, in my humble opinion. I think it's the one they played on The John Peel Show.
Yep, I'm sure there were a few pressings of that track, only a thousand or so but enough to make it rare, I'm sure that the firm that 'serviced' that jukebox were a 'london' company but as I said it was the only jukebox it was on

The 'Bell In' In Narborough had this classic though

whilst 'The Nags Head' in Enderby had this on theirs

First song I remember where us kids knew all the words
Puppet on a string (Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 1967)
What I did not know until much later is she was the owner of the local dress shop at the end of our road

The first band I saw live, 1975 at the Odeon Hammersmith
This song was played, but had not been released

About 15 years ago, on a campsite in France I heard this song being sung in the showers.
Maddy Prior, the lead singer, was on a caravan holiday.

And this was the lady who lived next door to us.
But by the time I was old enough to appreciate her music she was producing 25th Anniversary Albums, so I always associate her music with my parents generation

That album, Inflammable material, was played to death on an Easter school trip to France, then when we were queuing in Calais to get back the coach driver was asked to put Radio 1 on, we heard on the news bulletin that Argentina had invaded the Falkland Islands, we had never heard of them, someone said why the hell has Argentina invaded a Scottish Island !
