Gerald did the Dun Run on his Yuba Mundo last year, there's a write up about the Yuba over on YACF. Admittedly, this was partly because somebody nicked the bike he was going to use the day before the run. 
On these sorts of rides he seems to routinely carry a track pump, since a mini-pump will take a week to inflate the large tyres!
