I have a Zak who desparately wants to do a FNRttC (although looking again, you've Z covered) and a Xander. However, the former's furthest ride to date is about 50 miles, with significant stop and a moving average around 9mph (well he is only 8 sorry 9 last week) and I think the latter might struggle to get to Whitstable on a balance bike! Give us a couple of years...

Funnily enough, various dark forces have attempted an expansion of Swansea Airport ("That is an airport????" © Aperitif 2010), but we have defeated them. There were once flights to London and Ireland, but they fizzled out. The Glaciology group flies like it's going out of fashion (which of course, it is), but then getting to Svalbard by bike is a toughie...

Explains a lot. All I can drum up is a nozzle of rocket scientists from Mullard Space Science Labs/UCL. One is a keen cyclist, with a pencant for vintage bikes, and machines he rescues from the tip, but he's called....
