Wondering if there will be a 'second division, err third division (south)' wandering slowly and desperately back whose interest is in saving the rail fare rather than proving their unfitness. Bailing out at Rochester seems a possible compromse between hills and cost ... watchafink?
. The trouble with this "riding back" carry-on is that the weather conditions likely to make it an attractive option are exactly the same as the conditions that are suitable for reclining with a gin & tonic on the seafront. I believe our friends across the pond call it a "no-brainer".
