I'm getting in to Piccadilly at 10:45pm. I'm sure I could find it if I knew where it was! For the benefit of those of us who have been sitting at the back chatting and not paying attention, where are we meeting?

My train arrives at 22.48. Please can you look out for me as I am not sure I will find the official rendez vouz start spot on my own!

My bike has a rail ticket all of its own!

It was very warm when I went for a late night ride last night with a friend. It was also very still. If the temperature drops a fraction on what it is now it'll be very nice (13C here the other side of the Pennines).

I got on the train before this balmy forecast, so I'm toting the arctic gear. Mind you, last time I made a last-minute decision to leave overshoes behind was the April '10 Southend ride. As Everybody's Favourite German would say, "April, April- he does what he wants." It sounds better in German...

The idea is it is supposed to walm up going into the weekend - tonight and last night being warmer than wednesday night which wasn't especially warm.

It seems unlikely to me it'd be 3 celcius in many places or for very long looking a few hours into the future, it's just too warm right now. I reckon much of the ride would be high single figures. If you're really lucky it might be 10, 11, 12 for stints (not at 3-5am).
