it's open.

This is a short ride, less than 55 miles, and very flat. I'm not expecting a big crowd, but if there is some of you will be cycling backa ways to catch a big train, rather than the toy sized jobby that shuffles between Southminster and Wickford. Burnham is a small town, with boats and water and stuff. It's quite sweet in parts, although quite prosaic in others - a sort of not so ritzy version of Lymington.

Breakfast at the Cabin Dairy - quite nice and not expensive.

depends on weather and on time. I can use the marshes to soak up some time if I need to, but if it's perishing cold we might just take the simple option

Makes sense - additionally it might still be dark by the time you're at St Lawrence - in which case the climb would be pointless...

Bugger.

Can't do it after all. Mrs Jeez has booked another event for the weekend of the 26th (she apparently forgot when I checked earlier).

Will do the next whitstable or Bognor run when they come up though..

See some of you Friday.
