Here for rides.
Paul Newman - he' s a lad. The injured party? Well, he was 'gregarious'...( but I think he lost a lot of it skidding down the road on his butt.)
If you start off gregarious and lose a little bit don't you become one of the 'gregario'?

I feel a pink shirt coming on.

Never mind our injured comrade. Dellz, what have you been feeding the cat? I think my new jacket will get a testing.

I think the forecast is about as good as we could expect. Currently it's mostly dry overnight, possibly with some very light drizzle to start off with. Not having a working bike with mudguards, or much chance of fitting any in the next two days, I'm probably going to end up with a brown stripe up my back (from the dirty road spray, before anyone makes any "witty" remarks ).

I think I'll dig out the winter bike...

I shall be arriving at Paddington around 2215, if anyone would like to join me for a pre-ride sharpener in the station bar.

It's a bit more complicated than that...
What is this winter bike whereof ye speak?

I'd intended to ride down to Guildford yesterday morning to come to work, but wimped out and threw the bike in the boot of the car instead. I just hope I didn't leave anything essential at home...
