it depends how i feel on saturday, i can barely walk now after sunday's marathon.. to get back by 2 is a bit optimistic, unless you leave straight after a quick breakfast.

Remembering the painfully slow queue for breakfast last time.. I think I will hang about for 10 minutes or so then head back. Grab a snack elsewhere on route.

ps well done Rimas

Returning to the topic of rail tickets - I have a network card that attracts about 30-33% discount.
If anyone hasn't bought a ticket yet, and wants to travel back to the station at roughly the same time, we can share that discount. Mind you, I'm not sure of the maximum number of tickets at any one time I can buy with that benefit, but it is at least two.

I've spoken to Mark at the Cabin and we're going for ham sandwiches and cheese sandwiches rather than the fried stuff. This should speed things up a bit. It is going to be a bit cramped, though.

thanks for the compliments guys! mrs z will be coming along to bognor and will be taking a train back, so i might need to escort her to the station, then either hop on the train as well or tour back to london on two wheels.

I wasn't referring to the Cabin being slow with service rather then then the place at Bognor.

How many can you get if you use it in combo with your Senior Citizen's Railcard Charlie?

no, I understand. I just thought that it was asking a bit much of Mark to cook for 109 in a confined space - and the last two halfway stops have seemed to go well with cold rather than hot food.

I think that the queue at the Boat House is in part down to me. I've always stopped the ride to get everybody across the A259 pretty much together, and then kept the speed down all the way to the end. Maybe I should stretch it out a bit.
