Even I managed it - and I'd never cycled more than 60 miles before that. . . . . . just watch out for Ian's U-turns and horse poo on the cycle path

Oh yeah. It's usually a good idea to be about 100 yards behind Ian. This gives him time to change his mind at roundabouts....

And the cup final isn't until 5.15!! Home, kipped, awake, eaten, boozing by then!
