I'm planning to ride back but not until Sunday - I'm stopping/kipping/rehydrating with friends on Saturday.

Is my thinking. He said to avoid any lifting or strenuous effort - dude, I've got a 1yr old and a 5 yr old - so not gonna happen. I'll avoid upper body stuff at the gym and go on a regimen of ibuprofen. And a healthy dose of mtfu. At least it's not heart related, which I did genuinely think for a wee while, what with being a large unit. "heart and lungs all fine"
