front forks lost dampening

I have RockShox Tora 318SL forks that one day lost dampening. They compress when I sit on the bike significantly more than they did before and they don't fully return when I get off the bike. I have increased the psi to 100 which helped but hasn't solved the problem. What would be the best thing to do? Is it worth trying to service them?

Yes a good clean strip and service will sort them.
do you set the sag or just put 100psi in ?

could be old oil or not enough ,water ingress etc ,order new seal kit and check sram webby for service details
