OK, a Techno pen from SIL, she is an Avon Lady and it is an Avon pen. Black and UV ink which I first thought was another colour not working, the UV light, has a mind of it's own.

My misses is one of seven children and her brothers and sisters always send odd/weird presents to each other (Norwegian humour, I suppose). Yesterday (their main day) she received a 'GoGirl' present from her youngest sister.
