I got the Vodafone Sony xperia Z, its bigger than I wanted BUT it is waterproof and that is good for me using endomondo and MemoryMap whilst climbing and fell walking. It all depends on what you use your phone for
I believe this comes under the catagory of "pants", if that helps you narrow it down at all?

Mind you, so does this, if you're not overwhelmed by the plethora of choices already:
I recommend using a household telephone and carrying a rucksack-mounted cable reel on your back.
Low cost and it's easy to remember the number, but you do need to re-trace your steps with care every time you return home, or you'll end up in front of the beak on some sort of assault or kidnap charge when you wrap an innocent commuter in your trail.
Dunno about contract deals but i've just assisted in the purchase of a huawei Ascend G510 for £130 which competes with any samsung or I phoney fashionable stuff!!I personally I have a sony miro which is the baby of the sony range available for £100 ish which does me for strava, and whats app etc etc.
Samsung 3 here, which I love. Basically (as with most androids) a portable tiny pc that is also my camera. My 'real' camera has been relegated as it's nowhere near as good. Oh and it does the text 'n' call thing too if you need it too
[However - lots of reports of micro SD cards being corrupted. Not good as the bigger ones cost a fortune. It's just happened to me and I've had one replaced and the new one now has no data on it but the phone keeps telling me it is re-mounting and preparing it and the like. I won't use the card for extra storage at the moment as I think it'll lose and trash it, but at least it's not chewed it up yet - although I suppose it might as well have done]
