This still looks distinctly familiar, but I can't place it. And 'somewhere in Lancashire, near a border' is a good clue but still leaves a very large area!

I did search on GG for Lancashire potholes but the results were overwhelmingly tarmac based. I've had a look round the bullpot and buttertubs areas with no joy either.
