Aaargh - That's enough for tonight!

PS I think those things in the distance are the tallest buildings in Manchester city centre, and we are looking from somewhere approximately SE of there, on the western fringes of the Peak District. Put me out of my misery by finding the road for me! (I will spend another hour looking for it tomorrow if someone else hasn't spotted it by then.)

I visited a few weeks ago for the first time in a few years... it's amazing how many more tall buildings have gone up in the last few years. It's a completely different skyline.

I was thinking that as I was Streetviewing round the area. I haven't really spent enough time in the Peak District. I must have a cycling holiday there some day.

So, what do we have:
- direct into the sun, so South-ish, dependent on time of day (looks like morning to me, so SouthEast ish perhaps)
- unfenced singletrack road
- hills
- plantations

I'd guess Scottish Borders, couple of potentials which I can't see a match for.

Next guess would be Wales. There's a lot of Wales...
