Garmin Edge 705 Data Fields

Hi

I've just bought a second hand Garmin Edge 705 which is great but there's a couple of fields that I'd like to display whilst on a ride that I can't find.

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to have a current average speed field whilst on a ride? My cheap Cateye computer has this field and with all the data available on the Edge 705 I thought this would definitely be there? I know I can hook it up to Garmin Connect after a ride to get the average speed for the overall ride but I like to see it whilst riding.

Also is there a way of displaying a field to show how long there is left on a ride that continually counts down the distance?

My 705 displays average speed, not sure about counting down to end of the route as I rarely use the route planning, but I think it may.
