Garmin Edge Live track

Is anyone else having trouble with the live track option on the Garmin Edge 25. Mine seems to have stopped working completely for some reason.

Was chatting to Garmin support last night and they suggested a range of things which I did but tonight, after I sent the link to my wife`s email, she opened it and just got a blank screen.

Any thoughts apart from I can sneak off to the pub now?

If you've got the app installed on your phone, uninstall it and then reinstall it and log back in.

Mine started intermittently failing after an update and nothing would fix it until I did that (Edge 810 and Moto G4Plus running Android 7.0)

NorthernDave - I`ve done that, three times!

The bizarre thing is that my Dad could track me when I was home for a visit whereas my wife couldn`t. I`m completely stumped as to why. Garmin is up to date and as mentioned, Garmin Connect has been on and off the phone a few times now.

Well, that didn`t work either lol. It`s really doing my nut now as to why it has stopped working. Guess I`ll be chatting to the guy at Garmin again tonight!
