Gashed tyre, repairable?

Vittoria Rubino Pro 28s are 14.49 at Wiggle so ordered 2 yesterday, paid 5.99 for DPD next day delivery and they turned up about 10 this morning. Fitted before lunch and had a little ride this aft. Seem ok, a little harder ride than the Hutchinson 30s but I ran them at 75-80 and these are at 90.
They still measure 30mm across though 🤷‍♂️

That is what I am riding in Devon. I was doing about 75 psi front and 82 rear but I got a front snakebite in a pothole on Tuesday so I am now running 80 front & 87 rear. Not quite as comfortable but probably more sensible on rough roads. I would rather not go much higher but will if I get another snakebite.
