I have a vague idea about going off for 6 moths one summer, to 'do' Europe. But I'll have to have saved up a fair bit, which could take years.
Typically, for years, I've had time, esp long summer Uni holidays (although there was always a fair bit of work to get done) but no money, and now I have a wage, but of course, limited holiday! I should probably try and get into the swing of short European breaks, to get a feel for it. I haven't done the Netherlands yet (although we passed through on Sunday night, but I was asleep in my bunk on the bus, as I was for Belgium and Luxembourg on Friday night...)
