hi folks i am thinking of upgrading my handlebar grips on my hybrid as the ones that are on at the moment are pretty pants.any recommendations? i dont want to spend a fortune i have a half decent pair of fingerless gloves but think i would benifit from some better grips,any advice would be greatly appreciated

Specialized ergo grips are nice and comfy for palms

I got some of these a week ago as a replacement for more expensive Ergons (that were on the stolen bike).

Very pleased with them (Ergons are very good too, btw)

+1 on Ergon, GA1's on the MTB and GP1's on the flat bar road, worth paying the extra on contact points

thanks for the advice guys looks like i can get some for a reasonable price too,thought i might have to pay a little more so well happy^_^

I've just swapped my bars over and put Lizard Skins bar tape on which was what I had on my previous bars. Really comfy and well padded tape, £27.99 for it tho. I do a lot of miles on the bike so don't mind paying for the comfort.
