Nice one guys. No finer cycling adventure than loading up the trailer with sprog, picnic and a couple ofnteddy bears and heading out for the day. You both become the centre of attention, and if the weather turns sprog is cocooned in the dry.

Been out already, set off at 8 to get my metric half in for the month. Could have done with being told it was windy...
Not sure what tomorrow will bring, apparently I'm cooking Sunday dinner (no change there), but with the MIL coming too....Maybe get out first thing

Whilst I was at it I just checked the display model of my new bike out. It's got threaded BB cups, that's a bonus ( I dislike pressfit with a passion). And I can confirm it has a bell, and reflectors on the wheels.

Been out and did 22 miles. I had the wind against me on the way back and as I haven't been out for at least 4 weeks, the last 2 miles were hard going. Tired legs now but worth it.

I'm struggling to get out of bed let alone out on the bike .I'm so poorly
