I am in the same boat Mate ,
Every night last week it was home from work and straight in the pit , feel a bit better now , yesterdays 25 miler around London made me feel really good , but , here I am 2:45 am awake and coughing and wheezing again , but the worst is over ..... I hope !!

lovely weather this weekend, Saturday was a little too blustery for my liking so I cut that ride short, Sunday was a lot better, only managed 24 miles as I thought it harsh to leave the missue with both children for too long.

Nice 25 miles on Saturday morning - There were loads of cyclists, although I did notice I was the only one is a short sleeved top and shorts. Some may say it was still a bit chilly, I say its never too early to start on the tan lines !
