So I was in Stockport recently & I met a friend of a friend called Jake who said if you pay him £100 he would supply you with a Tivo or sky box with every single channel including box office for £100. Then after £12 months is up you must pay £5 every 3 month to some paypal address which keeps you connected. Of course I said theres still no point as I'm out cycling or coaching the local youth Hockey team & I hardly ever watch T.V. Maybe just the news sometimes.
I've never heard of this before apparently it's just a bit of code software which is flashed into the box. Obviously some criminal gang doing this will be making a lot of money and may risk facing prison. I was wondering if the people who agreed to take on a said flashed box were also breaking the law & could be open to prosecution?
