Getting creases out of clothing

Normally wash my gear on a sportswear cycle, 30oC and low spin speed. Appears some items have been accidentally put in another cycle (presume the 40oC and higher spin speed) and have come out really creased. I've thrown them back in on the sportswear cycle and after that resulted in no change the delicates cycle and further to that also soaked but the creases remain. Any ideas on how to get rid? Thanks.

A very cool iron through a tea towel?
check the washing / care instructions first obviously!
but you may have wrecked the lycra in the fabric that helps it retain its stretchiness and
shape unfortunately

Strange, I wash all my cycling gear at 40c and fast spin – so far so good

Thanks all so far. Since posting I've dug out the manual and think the 'normal' wash was at 60oC!

Just wear creased clothes.
