I've just sorted out my tablets for the week and I take 2030mg per day to keep me going - don't get old if you can help it

Actually, when it comes to meds, it's better to swallow than to suck, believe me!

I'd live to live long if I stay well and active. Any sign of that not being the case, and I'd rather shuffle off.
