Oh dear, I'm in a very similar situation, except my Gran spent a lifetime collecting "antiques".
It is impossible to tell if a single thing is if any worth... And if anything is, we could do with the money to pay for her care home...

Do you think her watercolour work is worth anything?

We had a similar problem when my dad passed - a local charity took some stuff, other smaller items were gratefully received by a charity shop but there was good stuff (ie perfectly useable and in good condition, but not to the latest trends) that no-one would take and which ultimately ended up at the tip, despite a morning spent phoning round various charities and groups.

Also when we got a new sofa we arranged for a local re-use group to collect the old one on the morning the new one was being delivered. They arrived, and refused to take it on the grounds that "we had a dog" - something that hadn't been mentioned in the phone calls sorting collection, or on their website.
The sofa was clean, only 3 or 4 years old, still had all it's 'fire' stickers, etc but the bloke wouldn't budge as apparently "some people are allergic to dogs". My point that "well lots of people aren't allergic to dogs, the sofa has ben thoroughly cleaned and you could simply ask the question if it's an issue" fell on stony ground and he got back in his van and drove off.
Due to the arrival of the new sofa being imminent we then spent the next hour on the phone but being unable to find anyone who could collect it that day (most were quoting anything up to a fortnight), that also ended up at the tip.

Why is it that the label saying that the furniture is made with fire retardant materials not sewn into the fabric rather than a flimsy piece of cardboard put on as an after thought.

Car boot sale?

It's a bit more complicated than that...
Can we see a photo of your weighty organ?
Yes please.

Depending on what it is a local organist might be interested. I bought an old electronic organ converted to midi a few years ago.

[Edit]
Probably not worth much to anyone any more, I'm afraid. Electronic keyboards have taken over in the pop music world that was built for, and it doesn't have the pedals a classical organist would want.

Is the house on a reasonably busy street? Maybe leave them on the kerb for a few days with a note 'Free, take me.' You'll be surprised what people will find a use for especially if in a reasonable condition. If you do this, try and pick a time when the weather forecast is good for a few days.

Funny but I did that yesterday with some plants I don't have room for - all but one disappeared pretty quickly.

Taking your request at face value!!!

There was a repro tall corner cupboard, only a couple of years old, which is now in a landfill. I tried 3 more charity shops on the way to the tip and they all said,"Nah, nobody wants them any more"

Is that black slot at the bottom for the winnings to come tumbling out?
Keep it Rich. Maybe you could post a pic on 'Organ Grindr'...someone might be a Carlo Curley fanboy. @srw is often with an organ at his fingertips I think. He could peddle it for you.

Might have better luck if you put a 'For Sale' sign on them, they'd probably disappear overnight.
