You can't be as slow as me. I can't keep up with the family walking, let alone throw a leg over a bike. They shot off down the hospital corridors today (son's visit not mine).
As its happened I barely touched the bike after posting this, until last Thursday when I switched to the " good" bike and a combination of that and the tail wind gave me the best ride of a long time. Including an 18mph uphill pb :-)
Unfortunately I then had to collect a sick child and the bike has been stuck at work ever since :-(
I really must bring it home tomorrow.
Stupid antidepressants have put a stone on me in a couple of months. Uphill speed now shite. Pissed off. Also lost my front light on the way in this morning. Oath, oath, curse, curse, oath.

I took advantage of the good weather and took a slightly longer, partially off road, route home today.
Was equal parts "yay" and " please don't fall in the mud"
