Problem.......at some time I suddenly go tired. I go to bed (cant snooze in the chair) and sleep well for an hour.....then I'm OK.
Chill, you're almost 80 yo ... I've been like you since I was 18, I'm 63 now.
Of course, because I still work full time, I cannot have a wee afternoon nap very often
I'm 61 and quite often have half an hr when getting home after a grueling shift.
I'm 63: if I didn't have to be up for 5.30am for work I surely would have a wee nap after a hard shift.
Was going to have one today, because I'm off tomorrow, don't have to get up at 5.30am, but did housework instead
A fews years back it was called a power nap and was supposed to be really good for you.
Mediterranean folks always have had siesta time in the afternoon.
I wish my sleep pattern was that normal and I'm only 52, for most of the summer I've been getting to sleep 0200-0400 and waking 1100-1300, usually taking up to ~45mins to actually get up.
Lol this is my natural body rhythm, always has been.
Bring back lockdown, when I could follow my natural vampire body clock!
