67, & my GP says I will officially be old at 70!

I have had some trouble dealing with noisy brakes (TRP CX9's) on my new TCX1 - now cured after a lot of time, effort and the purchase of about £75 worth of various brake pads/cartridges.

I emailed Giant Tech' Dept' to let them know of my woes and had they had any other reports on these relatively new standard fitments for their bikes plus some sort of tech' type explanation would have been nice.

No reply received over a period of several weeks. Two more emails sent.

Finally received a reply today and no apology for the hassle or cost just a 'glad it is sorted' message plus it was pointed out that it was my fault that the Technical Head had not replied as I had not asked for a reply in my email. This is despite me asking questions within the email!

*iss poor response from the planet's biggest cycle manufacturer.

Nice apology at the very least would've have been appreciated!

One reason I love Specialized. Fab CS. Bikes are a bit more but you know they will last and they make/design great bikes.
