So is tomorrow a day when the GC contendors take a breath and watch the break build and move away, or is it another day on the attack ready for another big mountains day on Thursday?

Get the feeling Carapaz senses blood in the water and will attack. Visma lease a Yates will sit on his hands with his fingers crossed hoping that he'll benefit from any fallout. United Arab Yates will still sit tranquillo as long as Derek's still in pink. Gee? Who knows.

Isn 't that Nibali that you are thinking of?

That's between him and his urologist.

Just to say, IMO Matt Stephens has been doing pretty well in commentary & analysis.

His onky minor fault is that he asks the 'expert' a question and answers it himself before they get a chance!
It's a relief to have a full commentary team that understand tactics and nuances of cycling too

It's last 50 K short version or 110km long version
Thanks VERY much for this MD, I watched from 110k on the turbo, through until about 32k, and just finished watching the rest post shower.
One of the most entertaining stages I have seen in a VERY long time - would be nice to see a bit more jeopardy with the pink jersey, but he appears to be (currently) just too strong.

Not sure who the sbs commentary team are, but one of them pulled a ck out of the hat, when he identified Ben Turner on the front of the peloton as Tarling who was up the road.
Marginally amused when Tarling did come back to that group to help pull on the front, could have been coincidence, but I saw Bernal talk into his mic, and Tarling gave a puff of the cheeks - I'm guessing he was fairly spent by then, I think he only lasted another km before peeling off.

That's odd - I composed the above message yesterday, but it seems I didn't post it, and now it has posted without me clicking anything, or perhaps it has repeated it.

Aneeeway.

I've seen the unfortunate news of Tarling and Roglic both abandoning the race due to crashes - aside from that I know diddly squat.
Have a 90 minute turbo session tomorrow, so will try and watch some of it with that - any suggestions as to how far out to start from please?
It can be more than 90 minutes, I can either watch some prior or after the session.
