Regarding yesterday, there is a video on Instagram showing Bernal going down hard in the ITT. Lucky to not break his collar bone or separate his shoulder there. Might affect him today when it gets tough.

To be pedantic, Simon exploded before Froome went long. Sky's pace on the climb dropped him, but a good few kms before Froome launched
