In between a bad summer cold ( 2 weeks and still full of catarhh),moving house and a holiday on a rainy beach i have not done any cycling for 2 weeks and i am bouncing off the walls

Roll on next week when i will be back to a semi normal routine !

I feel your pain...I'm off for five whole weeks to a place where cycling isn't exactly a possibility. Needless to say, I'm not looking forward to it or the lack of fitness when I get back!
